Termination

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of MeddySquare shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
